Check IN/OUT

– Check-in starts between 09:00 and 22:00.
– Earliest check-in: 12:00 hrs.
– Late departure: 12:00 hrs.

Payments

– Payment upon arrival in cash, credit cards, debit cards.

Cancellation policy

– The property will reauthorize the card prior to arrival. A 30% charge will be made as the reservation is made. This is to guarantee your reservation and is non-refundable.
– If you cancel your reservation 15 days before arrival, the hostel will not charge anything. Between 15 days and the arrival the total of the reservation will be charged. No Show will be charged 100%.
